This sample eForm is designed to illustrate the process by which
your customers and employees can access an eForm from your
corporate website, fill out the form and then have it automatically
uploaded to a Xerox DocuShare server.
After completing this form you will be able to visit WaterWare’s
DocuShare demo server and view your eForm. Since the completed
forms in our demo are accessible to anyone on the Internet we do
not ask for any personal information in this eForm.
You will be able to find your sample form in DocuShare by looking for
your favorite color and city.
